Calypso, opened in 1983 as the third pizzeria in Split, is a long-standing family business now managed by the second generation of the Jukić family. A special part of the restaurant's identity is their waiter Nikola, who has been with the team since day one and has become a recognizable face of the establishment. Over the years, many young chefs have started their journeys in Calypso before building successful international careers.
