Zalogajnica Calypso

Calypso, opened in 1983 as the third pizzeria in Split, is a long-standing family business now managed by the second generation of the Jukić family. A special part of the restaurant's identity is their waiter Nikola, who has been with the team since day one and has become a recognizable face of the establishment. Over the years, many young chefs have started their journeys in Calypso before building successful international careers.

The menu features various types of pizza based on an original recipe, alongside a wide selection of pastas, handmade gnocchi, well-known risottos, and daily traditional dishes.
