Registered users of the Table Joe platform can participate in the Table Joe Loyalty Program. All you need to do is create a user account and use Table Joe to make restaurant reservations. After each completed reservation, visit to a new restaurant, approved review, or successful referral of a friend, you can collect BITES points and later exchange them for gift vouchers at partner restaurants.

BITES are awarded automatically after each confirmed restaurant visit. The restaurant marks that you were present (“has left”), and the system rewards you immediately. Points for reviews are awarded after the review has been moderated.

Yes, it is completely free for users. Registration is free, collecting BITES points is free, and using a voucher is free. You only pay for your dinner. 🍽️

BITES never expire. Collect them at your own pace — no deadlines, no pressure.

Yes! A BITES voucher can be combined with restaurant discounts, for example, a 20% discount on pizzas. The only limitation is that you can use just one voucher per reservation.

The voucher is considered used in full, with no refund of the difference. If you have a €25 voucher and the bill is €20, the restaurant deducts €20, but the voucher is still considered used.

Each user has a unique referral link. Send it to a friend — when they register, make their first reservation, and come for dinner, both of you automatically receive 400 BITES points. You can find the link in your profile.

After using a voucher, your points are reset to zero — but any extra points above the required threshold are carried over into the next cycle. For example, if you have 2,700 BITES and use a €25 voucher worth 2,500 BITES, you will have 200 BITES left for a new start.

Each restaurant you reserve for the first time gives you an additional 35 BITES. Your third and each following reservation in the same calendar month gives you an additional one-time bonus of 100 BITES. These bonuses are added automatically.

The voucher can be used at partner restaurants that participate in the Table Joe Loyalty Program. If a restaurant currently does not accept vouchers, this will be clearly stated, or the voucher will not be offered for use at that restaurant.

No. BITES points and Table Joe vouchers are linked to the user account and cannot be sold, gifted, transferred to another user, or exchanged for cash.
