A personal data processing agreement/contract has been concluded with such processors on the basis of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/915 on standard contractual clauses between controllers and processors, as a separate part of the contract. The said agreement/contract regulates in detail the handling of personal data and, therefore, such processors are not able to process personal data without our instruction or forward them to third parties.
