Table Joe B2B is a tool for restaurants that enables easy management of reservations, guests, and table layouts. The platform helps staff to better organize their work, avoid double bookings, and accept online reservations through Tablejoe.hr and the Table Joe mobile apps.
Yes. The system is fully flexible and adapts to all types of hospitality venues – from fine dining restaurants and taverns to pizzerias, bars, and hotels. Owners can set their own operating hours, number of tables, special offers, and booking rules.
Table Joe is available in Croatian and English.
No. The platform is accessed through a web browser on any desktop computer, laptop, or tablet. No additional installation is required. (Note: The system cannot be managed from a mobile phone.)
All reservations arrive in the restaurant's admin interface. Staff can view, accept, or decline reservations, track their status (confirmed, canceled, guest arrived), and add internal notes.
No. Online reservations are received automatically, and staff can also manually enter bookings (e.g., for walk-ins or phone calls).
Yes. Reservations can be viewed in daily, weekly, and monthly formats, with the ability to filter by status.
Yes. The platform provides a visual table layout (floor plan) where you can track occupancy in real-time, combine tables, and optimize your seating arrangement.
Yes. You can define your restaurant's operating hours, breaks, and special schedules (for holidays, events, etc.). You can also add special promotions like Happy Hour or a 30% discount on pizza.
Yes. At any time, the restaurant can close online bookings for a specific time slot or for the entire day.
Yes. Staff receive audio and visual notifications for new reservations, and the system logs all status changes.
In emergencies, you can use the 'Online booking closed' option or set special operating hours to prevent guests from making reservations when the restaurant is closed.
The system automatically sends confirmation, reminder, and cancellation notifications. The restaurant can also send personalized messages to guests.
The reservation is marked as "canceled" or "no-show." The system keeps a record of this, and your bill at the end of the month is adjusted to exclude no-shows.
Yes. There is a guest database with contact details, reservation history, and notes (e.g., special requests, allergies, preferences).
Only guests who booked through Table Joe can leave a review. The restaurant can respond to reviews and monitor its overall rating. Each comment is first reviewed by Table Joe administrators.
Yes. The platform provides reports on reservations, occupancy, and guests, which helps you make better business decisions.
The one-time setup fee is €97. If you are not satisfied, this amount is fully refundable within the first 30 days.
No. There are no monthly fees for using the system.
We only charge a commission per guest for completed reservations. The exact amount depends on the type of venue and its location.
At the beginning of each month, the restaurant receives an invoice for reservations from the previous month.
No. If you don't get any reservations, you don't pay anything.
No. Guests do not pay any fees through Table Joe. The entire bill is settled at the restaurant.
No. The reservation is only for the time slot and the number of guests. Meals are ordered at the restaurant.
The system operates exclusively online. If your internet connection is down, the restaurant will not be able to receive new online reservations.
Yes. The admin interface includes a support button and an FAQ section. Our team is also available daily through the provided contact channels.
