tablejoe.hr is a website intended for the provision of restaurant table reservation services.
These Terms and Conditions regulate the rules for user registration, making reservations, cancellation of reservations, leaving reviews, as well as all other relevant aspects of using the services of the tablejoe.hr platform. The business operations are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Obligations Act, and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
The User is obliged, before each registration and/or reservation, to check the currently valid version of these Terms and Conditions.
By using the tablejoe.hr website to reserve a table, the User is deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted all rights and obligations defined by these Terms and Conditions.

Any natural or legal person who uses the tablejoe.hr website to search for restaurants, register and/or reserve a table.
Enabling online table reservations in hospitality establishments through the tablejoe.hr platform.
A legal or natural person providing hospitality services, which is available for reservation through the tablejoe.hr website.
The right to make reservations on the tablejoe.hr platform belongs exclusively to registered Users. When registering a User Account, the User is obliged to provide the following information: first name, last name, e-mail address and contact telephone number. The User bears full responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy and up-to-dateness of all information entered during registration and/or reservation.
Access to the User Account is obtained by logging in on the tablejoe.hr website, where the User enters the registered e-mail address and password. In the event of a forgotten password, the User has access to the “Forgot your password?” option, which enables the entry of the e-mail address associated with the User Account. Thereafter, instructions for changing the password will be delivered to the specified address.
The functionalities of the User Account include:
My Reservations: viewing and managing active and archived reservations.
Favorites: storing and viewing restaurants marked as favorite.
Reviews: viewing and managing submitted reviews.
My Profile: viewing and editing personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address, contact telephone number and other data that the User wishes to enter).
Settings: the possibility of deactivating and deleting the User Account.
The User may deactivate or delete their User Account at any time through the settings within the User Account or by sending a written request to the official e-mail address: [insert e-mail address].
Reservation
The User may make a table reservation in a selected Restaurant through the tablejoe.hr platform. A reservation shall be deemed confirmed at the moment when the User receives confirmation within the user interface of the platform.
Please note that TABLE JOE d.o.o. is not a contractual party to the legal relationship between the User and the Restaurant and therefore assumes no responsibility for:
• the availability of the reserved table at the time of the User’s arrival,
• the quality of the service provided in the Restaurant,
• changes in the offer and capacities that may be made by the Restaurant.
Cancellation of Reservation
The User may cancel or modify a reservation in accordance with the rules of the individual Restaurant, which are available during the reservation process.
Prices
The prices listed on Restaurant profiles are neither determined nor charged by TABLE JOE d.o.o.
TABLE JOE d.o.o. does not act as an intermediary in the payment of the service and has no influence on price determination.
Reviews
Users are enabled to leave reviews and ratings after visiting a Restaurant. Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience and must not contain:
• offensive, indecent or discriminatory content,
• hate speech,
• false or defamatory statements.
TABLE JOE d.o.o. reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
TABLE JOE d.o.o. does not guarantee:
• the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data provided by Restaurants,
• uninterrupted and error-free operation of the website,
• compensation for damage incurred as a result of technical problems, system unavailability or inaccurate data.
By using the platform, the User accepts the service “as is”, without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Intellectual Property Rights on the tablejoe.hr website, as well as in connection with the provision of restaurant table reservation services through the said platform, including all related documentation, materials, content and all parts and copies thereof, remain the exclusive property of Table Joe d.o.o. and/or its subcontractors or licensors.
“Intellectual Property Rights” include copyright and related rights, including rights in databases, catalogue rights and photographic rights, patents, utility models, design rights, trademarks, company name, trade secrets, know-how and all other forms of registered or unregistered intellectual property rights.
These Terms and Conditions do not grant the User or the Restaurant any Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the tablejoe.hr website or the services it provides. All rights not expressly granted by these Terms and Conditions remain the exclusive property of Table Joe d.o.o. and/or its subcontractors or licensors.
The User and the Restaurant grant Table Joe d.o.o. a worldwide, free-of-charge, transferable and sublicensable right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display and publish any content that the User submits in connection with the use of services on the tablejoe.hr website. Such content may include photographs, data, information, feedback, suggestions, texts and other materials that the User and the Restaurant uploads, publishes or otherwise transmits through the platform.
Images and Description
Images and descriptions of products are for informational purposes and do not necessarily have to fully correspond to the actual situation in Restaurants. Prices, cancellation conditions, promotional offers and similar information apply exclusively at the moment of reservation and may be changed without prior notice. TABLE JOE d.o.o. shall not be liable for any errors in descriptions or photographs.
The Table Joe Loyalty Program (hereinafter: the “Loyalty Program”) is a program made available by Table Joe d.o.o. (hereinafter: the “Operator”) to registered users of the tablejoe.hr website, the Table Joe mobile applications and other related services of the Platform.
Participation in the Loyalty Program is voluntary and free of charge and is available to users who have a registered and active User Account.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Bites Points” or “Points” are virtual points that the User collects through activities on the Platform and uses to obtain available benefits;
“User” is a natural person who has a registered and active User Account on the Platform;
“Completed Reservation” is a reservation made through the Platform for which it has been confirmed that the User visited the Restaurant;
“Gift Voucher” or “Voucher” is an electronic benefit obtained by the User by exchanging the corresponding number of Bites Points;
“Partner Restaurant” is a restaurant that participates in the Loyalty Program and accepts Gift Vouchers;
“Referral Code”, “invitation code” or “invitation link” is a unique identifier through which the User may recommend Table Joe to a new user (Refer a friend).
Bites Points are not money, electronic money or a means of payment. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, gifted, transferred to another User or used outside the Loyalty Program.
Bites Points may be earned exclusively for activities carried out through the Platform.
Points are awarded to the User as follows:
100 Bites Points for each Completed Reservation;
an additional 35 Bites Points for the first Completed Reservation in a Restaurant in which the User has not previously had a Completed Reservation through the Platform;
an additional 100 Bites Points after at least three Completed Reservations during the same calendar month, whereby the said bonus may be earned once per month;
35 Bites Points for an approved review connected with a Completed Reservation;
400 Bites Points to the User who brings a new user through their invitation code or link, after the new user completes their first reservation;
400 Bites Points to the new user who registers through a valid invitation code or link and completes their first reservation;
35 Bites Points as a birthday bonus, provided that, after registration, the User has entered their date of birth in their profile, which is optional.
or an individual reservation, basic and additional Points may be awarded at the same time if the conditions for earning them are met.
Points for a reservation are awarded after the Restaurant confirms that the reservation has been completed.
Bites Points are not awarded for cancelled, rejected, unconfirmed, duplicated, test or false reservations, reservations which the User did not attend, or for reservations made directly with the Restaurant or through other platforms, but only if the reservation has the status HAS_LEFT.
If a reservation includes several guests, Points are awarded only to the User through whose account the reservation was made. The number of guests does not affect the number of awarded Points, unless stated otherwise.
Bites Points do not have an expiry date as long as the User Account is active, in other words, they are not deleted.
The User may earn Points for one approved review connected with an individual Completed Reservation.
The review must represent the User’s actual experience and must not contain false, unlawful, offensive, misleading or promotional content.
The awarding of Points does not depend on whether the review is positive or negative. The Operator may reject or remove a review that is not in accordance with the rules of the Platform and cancel the Points awarded for such review.
The User may share their invitation code or link with potential new users.
Points for a recommendation are awarded only after the new user registers through a valid invitation code or link and completes their first reservation.
The User may earn Points for several referred users, provided that each new user separately fulfils the stated conditions.
Self-invitation, opening multiple User Accounts, false registrations, use of another person’s data and creation of fictitious reservations for the purpose of earning Points are prohibited.
The User may exchange Bites Points for the following Gift Vouchers:
2.500 Bites bodova za poklon-bon nominalne vrijednosti 25,00 eura;
4.200 Bites bodova za poklon-bon nominalne vrijednosti 50,00 eura.
After collecting at least 2,500 Points, the User may activate a Gift Voucher of EUR 25.00 or continue collecting Points up to the threshold required for a Gift Voucher of EUR 50.00.
After reaching the threshold of 4,200 Points, a Gift Voucher of EUR 50.00 is generated for the User, and further collection of Points may be temporarily suspended until the said Voucher is used.
If the User is awarded more Points through a single activity than the required threshold, the Points above the threshold remain recorded and are transferred to the next collection cycle after the Voucher has been used.
After activation or use of a Gift Voucher, the number of Points required for that Voucher is deducted from the User Account. The remaining Points continue to be recorded on the User’s account.
The Operator may make available other types of rewards and Gift Voucher values. The number of required Points and special conditions must be displayed to the User before confirmation of the exchange.
A Gift Voucher may be used exclusively in a Partner Restaurant available for selection within the Loyalty Program and with a reservation made through the Platform.
If the User has an active Gift Voucher, in the final step of the reservation in a Partner Restaurant, the User may choose whether to:
use the Gift Voucher with the relevant reservation; or
continue with the reservation without using the Gift Voucher and save it for one of the following reservations.
The Gift Voucher is linked to the reservation only if the User expressly selects the option to use the Gift Voucher before completing the reservation.
After confirmation of the reservation, the User’s reservation confirmation shall clearly indicate that the Gift Voucher is linked to that reservation, its value and the Partner Restaurant in which it is used.
The Partner Restaurant receives, through its system, a notification that a Gift Voucher is linked to the reservation, together with the information required for its proper recognition and recording.
The Partner Restaurant is obliged to recognize the Gift Voucher only if it is marked in the Table Joe system as valid and linked to the specific reservation. Displaying a Gift Voucher that has not previously been linked to the reservation does not give the User the right to a discount.
If the User does not select the use of the Gift Voucher when making the reservation, the User may not subsequently request its application directly at the Restaurant for that reservation.
By selecting the use of the Gift Voucher, the Voucher is reserved for the specific reservation, but it is deemed used only after the reservation has been completed and the Restaurant confirms its use.
If the Partner Restaurant rejects or cancels the reservation, the Gift Voucher becomes available to the User again. The same applies if the User cancels the reservation in a timely manner in accordance with the rules of the Platform.
Only one Gift Voucher may be used per reservation, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific benefit.
Upon arrival or payment, the User is obliged, at the request of the Restaurant, to show the reservation confirmation or the active Gift Voucher within the application.
If the bill exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the User pays the difference directly to the Restaurant. If the bill is lower than the value of the Gift Voucher, the unused difference shall not be returned in money, Bites Points or any other form.
The Gift Voucher is deemed fully used after it has been accepted and recorded with the Completed Reservation.
The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, gifted or transferred to another person.
The possibility of combining the Gift Voucher with other discounts, promotions or benefits depends on the rules of the Partner Restaurant and the conditions displayed to the User before confirmation of the reservation.
Bites Points are also awarded for a Completed Reservation during which a Gift Voucher was used.
If, after a valid Gift Voucher has been linked to a reservation, the Partner Restaurant is no longer able to accept the Voucher, the Operator shall return the Voucher to active status for the User, return the used Points or provide an appropriate substitute benefit.
The Operator may temporarily suspend the awarding or use of Points if there is justified suspicion of abuse of the Loyalty Program.
Abuse shall in particular include:
opening multiple User Accounts;
creating false or fictitious reservations;
falsely confirming visits to a Restaurant;
using another person’s data or false data;
manipulating reviews or the referral system;
selling or transferring a User Account, Points or Gift Vouchers;
attempting to circumvent the technical rules of the Loyalty Program.
In the event of established abuse, the Operator may cancel improperly earned Points and Vouchers, exclude the User from the Loyalty Program and suspend or close the User’s User Account.
The Operator may correct or cancel Points awarded due to an administrative or technical error, an unrealized reservation or another incorrectly recorded event.
The User may submit an objection to the implemented correction through the official customer support contact.
By deleting the User Account, all unused Bites Points and active Gift Vouchers are permanently deleted, without the possibility of transfer, reactivation, exchange or payment.
Before deleting the account, the User is responsible for timely use of available Points and Vouchers.
If the account is closed due to fraud, abuse or a serious breach of the Terms of Use, the User shall not be entitled to compensation for cancelled Points and Vouchers.
For business, technical, security, organizational or regulatory reasons, the Operator may amend the number of Points awarded for individual activities, thresholds for Gift Vouchers, available benefits and other rules of the Loyalty Program.
Users shall be notified of material amendments through the Platform, application or e-mail at least 15 days before they start to apply.
Amendments shall not apply retroactively to already activated Gift Vouchers, except where the amendment is necessary for the purpose of applying regulations, preventing abuse or correcting an obvious error.
The Operator may terminate the Loyalty Program by giving prior notice to Users at least 30 days before its termination.
In the event of termination of the Loyalty Program, Users with active Gift Vouchers shall be enabled to use them until the deadline stated in the notice.
Application of the Terms and Conditions
Date of last amendment: 24 June 2026. These Terms and Conditions enter into force and apply as of 27 June 2026.
TABLE JOE d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, the structure of the website, services and content without prior notice to Users. The amended terms shall enter into force at the moment of publication on the website.
The User confirms that they are fully acquainted with and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as with the special conditions related to reservations and services.
By registering on the platform, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.
